You are warmly invited to this day retreat to learn about the far-reaching benefits of good digestion and how to dramatically improve your health and wellbeing using diet, yoga and lifestyle medicine.

Chloe has specially created this event as an anti-dote to the busy and indulgent Christmas period and to specifically help those who struggle with their digestion, weight and mood.

Participants will enjoy the benefits of yoga, guided meditation, a yummy gut loving lunch and being in nature. The day also includes a masterclass on gut health where we will explore some of the foods and behaviours that help to support our gut health and the trillions of bacteria that live there and help make up our ‘second brain’. We will dive deep into the gut-brain connection and how a regular yoga and meditation practice can help to restore gut function and improve mood and wellbeing. 

You will leave feeling rested, inspired and empowered on how to support your health and wellbeing during 2019.

This day retreat is suitable for anyone with a diagnosed digestive disorder such as IBS, or just wants to learn more about the fascinating role the gut has on our health and wellbeing. It is open to all levels and abilities of yoga and meditation. Spaces are limited, contact to book.
